Jane Maximova began her music education from piano lessons. Since 2003 she has been experimenting with electronic music. Jane contributed to Russian group “Cry Solnca” as singer and songwriter. Then she started writing music for “Intervox” music library (Germany) as well as working on her own solo projects. As a result her debut album Wabi Sabi was released by Pitch Music Publishing in 2010.
Solo Work:
Her debut solo album, “Wabi Sabi,” was released by Pitch Music Publishing in 2010.
She released “Equinox” in 2018, which includes both lyrical songs and instrumental compositions.
Her latest album, “Dandelion Will Still Grow,” was released in October 2023, exploring ambient and neo-classical soundscapes with minimal vocals.
She has also collaborated with the project Lemongrass, contributing her vocals to several tracks.
In March 2010, she was awarded the Chart’s Dozen national musical prize for her original orchestration and performance of a Russian folk song.
