ReddWebDev – Privacy Statement
I am highly sensitive to the privacy interests of my clients, and I believe that the protection of client interests is one of my most significant responsibilities with regard to the business that I do.
In acknowledgement of my obligation to protect your privacy, and since U.S. Law is both convoluted and largely ineffective when it comes to your privacy on the internet, I have adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information with regard to my clients through the course of my business and in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 (U.K.):
Acquisition of Information:
I do not acquire any more information about my clients than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
Sub Contractors and Your Privacy:
All who work directly with my web development projects are instructed on the importance of your privacy. I will give access to information about you only to those who require it in order to perform their web development tasks.
Security Measures:
I make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with any said legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
Disclosure to Third Parties:
ReddWebDev is a stand alone entity. Situations that allow for me to interact with any third party are rare. I will provide individually-identifiable information about my clients to third parties only if I am compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, I have the express permission of the client, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide my services.
Privacy and My Business Associates:
When I make my technology or services available to business associates, I will not share with them any more client information than is necessary, and I will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use my technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
For the number of years that I’ve dealt with and experienced the internet as a whole on a regular end-user, customer level – I can safely say that you’ll have my solemn oath to abide by the highest of standards when it comes to the protection of your data. Privacy online these days is a fleeting thing, and never before has it been so important as it is today, that your privacy with regard to your data and other types and kinds of transfers, communications, and other dealings digitally be fully protected from other possible nefarious 3rd party sources that exist outside of the scope of what we do here at ReddWebDev. — Thank you for visiting and it’s our hope that your user experience and/or end product or services have been pleasant, safe, and reliable.
